About the Center for Theorectical Biological Physics:

The Center for Theoretical Biological Physics (CTBP), an NSF-sponsored Center, has been founded on the campus of the University of California, San Diego as a partnership between UCSD, The Scripps Research Institute, The Salk Institute for Biological Studies and the San Diego Supercomputer Center. The CTBP encompasses a broad spectrum of research and training activities at the forefront of the biology-physics interface. Positions at both the graduate and postgraduate level are available; in addition, the center has an active visitor program for senior scientists.
